Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were clean, but the furnishings seemed a bit worn out, and amenities like coffee makers and mini-fridges were missing. We had to change rooms late at night due to a sewage-like smell, giving me vibes from the '70s.
The hotel is a place we haven't stayed before with very good food and a shuttle to-and-from the airport and to the Strip. The rooms were nice and clean, but we could hear the people all night in the room next to us and the clear sound of footsteps above us. The service was friendly and helpful, but I was unaware my rate included the resort fee and taxes, and it was paid in full. The location was important to us as we wanted a hotel on the south end of town because we had a 6-hour drive the next day. The dining experience at the Silverton Casino was good, and the morning service was excellent.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The room met our needs but didn't match the pictures exactly, and it was located quite far in the back. The service from the valet, restaurant staff, and management was exceptional, but I hope they consider adjusting the slots a bit. The location was convenient for my work and close to the airport, offering everything I needed along Blue Diamond Road. The dining experience was satisfying with a good selection at reasonable prices.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were showing wear and tear, but they were spacious and had refrigerators inside. The service was top-notch with friendly and accommodating staff, although I had to request a battery change for the smoke detector. The location was away from the downtown craziness, but it could benefit from improved smoke filtration systems. The dining options were limited, but the mermaid show was a unique touch. Overall, it was an average stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel is conveniently located away from the craziness of downtown, which is absolutely convenient for those who do not want to be on the strip. The rooms had a strong smell of marijuana from the previous guests, and they lacked furnishings and style compared to newer hotels, but only after the manager's intervention were we offered an alternative room for the next night.
The hotel was located in a convenient area, handy for our business activities, but not ideal for accessing the strip for shopping and events. The service was excellent, with a friendly and helpful staff. The dining options were great, although the closure of some facilities caused breakfast inconveniences. The location was perfect for catching our next morning flight.
